Honors::
- Selected as a 2009 Florida "Super Lawyers Rising Star" from a poll of Florida attorneys conducted by Law and Politics Magazine. Timothy is featured in the June 2009 Florida Super Lawyers issue of Law & Politics Magazine, along with the other recipients. "Super Lawyers Rising Stars" are nominated by their peers and evaluated by an independent panel. Only 2.5% of the eligible attorneys in the state of Florida are selected. To qualify, an attorney must be age 40 or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less.
Timothy Powers O’Neill, a St. Louis native, attended the University of Missouri-Columbia law school and graduated in 1997. Following law school, Timothy clerked for two years in the State of Florida's Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, and served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Timothy continued his career with the firm of Ryan and Ryan P.A., practicing in the areas of business litigation, real estate litigation, and intellectual property litigation. Timothy serves as an executive board member of the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary in Jupiter Florida, a non-profit entity dedicated to preserving Florida’s wildlife through rehabilitation and education.
Mr. O’Neill is married to Jocelyn. Tim and Jocelyn have two children: Brenna and Keira. Tim enjoys fishing, movies, reading, and Notre Dame Football.
