Rose Scher practiced only a short time before joining Kubicki Draper in West Palm Beach where she remained close to eleven years working directly with Hubert McGinley. After leaving Kubicki Draper, Ms. Scher consulted litigation firms in trial and with complicated evidentiary issues before becoming OF Counsel in a prestigious boutique law firm specializing in high profile divorces and celebrity family law issues. Rose has now joined Hubert McGinley's team again with her 14 years of litigation experience handling a wide variety of business litigation and insurance defense, including construction litigation, accountant malpractice defense, insurance agent defense, wrongful death, product liability, automobile liability defense.

Ms. Scher has achieved the prestigious AV® Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, signifying "very high" ethical standards, reliability and diligence and "very high to preeminent" legal ability.

Ms. Scher is proud to serve as member of the 15th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee as well as a Palm Beach County Traffic Hearing Officer.

Ms. Scher is a native Floridian. She graduated with High Honors from Florida Atlantic, achieving the 1989-1990 University Scholar Award, before completing her legal education at the University of Florida. She served as the Co-Chair to the West Palm Beach American Cancer Orchid Ball in 2005 and 2006.

Ms. Scher is married to Brian Scher. She enjoys cooking classes, trying new recipes with friends and family, participating in bicycling tours, and reading.
