Robert Harvey began his career with the United States Navy, where he served on active duty as a Navy Judge Advocate and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. After leaving active duty, he entered private practice in Chicago, Illinois, specializing in the areas personal injury defense and insurance coverage.

Robert has over 23 years of legal and business experience. In 1992, he joined Meridian VAT Reclaim in New York, NY. Meridian is the worldwide leader in providing corporations with Value Added Tax refunds and consulting. Mr. Harvey became Senior Vice President of Operations & General Counsel in 1996. Ireland-based Meridian was acquired in 1999 by Profit Recovery Group International (NASDAQ:PRGX).

After leaving Meridian in 1999, Mr. Harvey became Director of Operations for MBIA Muniservices Company, a subsidiary of MBIA, Inc. (NYSE:MBI), and later he served as Chief Operating Officer, Imperial Software, Great River, New York. Since 2003, Mr. Harvey has been the General Partner of Kensington Capital Fund LP. Kensington specializes in restructuring and growth opportunities in public “Micro-Cap” companies in the areas of information technology, telecommunications and healthcare.

Born and raised in Joliet, Illinois, Robert resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where he enjoys fishing, cooking, golf, and mixed martial arts training.
