Ms. Wexler graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism.  She also attended the University of Southern California, where she completed a minor in film production and film studies.  She received her Legal Assistant’s Certificate from Florida Atlantic University. 

Ms. Wexler has a broad range of commercial and complex business litigation experience including, mortgage foreclosures, eminent domain, insurance agent defense, personal injury, probate litigation and securities litigation and arbitration.   Her responsibilities included training and overseeing paralegals and paralegal assistants and managing the mortgage foreclosure and commercial litigation departments.  She has attended over 25 mediations.   Among the notable litigation she worked on was The State of Florida v. The American Tobacco Company, et al and the Deerfield Beach, Florida Department of Transportation Dixie Highway eminent domain project.

She previously served as a board member and the Volunteer/Pro Bono Chairperson for the Palm Beach County Paralegal Association, where she coordinated events supporting women and children in crisis including the Palm Beach County Guardian Ad Litem Children’s Christmas Program.

In her free time, Ms. Wexler is a supporter of numerous charities. She is an advocate for women and children in crisis and a supporter of animal rights.  She has a passion for the outdoors, the arts and animals.
