Janine Peart began working in the legal field in 1993 at Gelfand & Arpe, PA before joining Wicker, Smith et al. from 1995 – 1997.  She then began working for Hubert McGinley at Kubicki Draper in 1997 and has handled a variety of cases including construction litigation, automobile liability defense, securities litigation, product liability.

Ms. Peart was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey and relocated to South Florida in 1982.  She resides in Jupiter, Florida and is an avid runner and triathlete; completing nine marathons with a personal best time of 3:02.
