Doug Kress began his legal career in Ohio in 1994 with the firm of Comstock, Springer & Wilson, Co. L.P.A. He became a partner in 2001.

He has extensive litigation experience in federal and state courts, successfully concluding more than 80 cases through trial, arbitration or mediation. His practice included medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, construction litigation, automobile liability defense, wrongful death litigation, business litigation, premises liability defense, and appellate advocacy.

Mr. Kress has contributed to Continuing Legal Education, as a speaker and co-author, for seminars including How to Successfully Resolve Automobile Accident Cases and Insurance Coverage Litigation, presented through the National Business Institute.

Mr. Kress and his wife Missy recently relocated to Florida with their four children. When not practicing law, he enjoys golf, basketball, and spending time with his family.
